A visionary leader and the driving force behind the academy, stands at the helm of a distinguished educational legacy. As the founder of the university, he has transformed the lives of more than 35,000 students over the past two decades. His journey commenced with the establishment of an engineering college and a school, gradually expanding to uplift the community by constructing over 1,000 apartments and 200 commercial spaces. Currently, his ambitions extend to the creation of a 200-room resort, a testament to his commitment to providing both homes and opportunities to the people of Alwar.

The CFO at the academy and the eldest son of Manoj Kumar Chachan, embodies a remarkable legacy of leadership. Alongside his role as CFO, he assumes full responsibility for managing the entire university, a testament to his expertise and dedication. Graduating with an MSc in Finance from Barcelona, Atal's financial prowess is evident. His multifaceted talents extend beyond numbers; his extensive sports background not only enriches his leadership but also fuels his passion for driving positive change. Furthermore, Atal is actively engaged in the development of a 200-room resort, showcasing his versatility and unwavering commitment to uplifting the Alwar community.

The younger son of our visionary founder, Manoj Chachan, is an integral part of our organization. With a Master's degree from London and an upcoming restaurant venture, Nikhil adds an innovative edge to our leadership. Passionate about sports and dedicated to bringing Olympic gold to our country, Nikhil brings a unique perspective to our mission. As the incoming Chief Operating Officer (COO) overseeing the academy, Nikhil will lead us toward new heights of excellence, embodying our commitment to success.
